SHEKY

Sheky is a Syrian rap artist from Tartus, born and raised in Al-Areed neighborhood. His first connection to rap began in 2018, when he wrote about everyday life and the moments he shared with his friends in the neighborhood. In 2025, he decided to take his craft seriously and fully step into the music scene.

Despite being mocked by people who saw his passion as a waste of time, and despite having very limited resources, Sheky never backed down. He began recording songs using only his phone, without a proper microphone or laptop, believing that talent and determination can create their own opportunities.

Today, Sheky represents a fresh voice from Tartus in Syrian Cypher 2. Within only a few months of entering the scene, he has caught attention, built real momentum and an authentic audience, and begun working with established names in the industry. His story is more than the beginning of a new artist, it is proof that self-belief can turn the simplest tools into the start of something big.
